Big Boys Kainan started out in 2011 as a Filipino-fusion food truck. After skyrocketing in popularity among the social media foodie set, the food truck quickly grew into a restaurant and is now expanding into beverages and condiments.
Raymond spearheaded the Big Boys branding process from day one. He collaborated with the restaurant owners to develop the Big Boys brand and design the food truck wrap, complete with the custom illustrations of husband and wife team, Nate and Mel Daep. As the restaurant grew into its brick and mortar location in Kent, WA, Raymond developed the restaurant’s entire branding package, including its store sign, curbside flags, menus, and more. He continues to work with the restaurant owners as they develop product offerings for retail distribution.
Poke Wai was a restaurant specializing in Hawaiian poké bowls. Raymond collaborated with the restaurant owners to design the complete branding package, including logo, storefront sign, business cards, menus, and interior design elements.
